When purchasing the Zoom Search Engine - Professional Edition, is it possible to have the support staff install the programme? It looks too daunting for me.

99.9% of our customers install the software themselves. If you have built a web site, then you should have enough knowledge to install the software. Plus by doing it yourself you also get the benefit of self reliance. So you don't need to come back to us to get minor changes done.

But we do offer an install service. The cost depends on the time required, and the time required depends on the size of the site and your requirements in terms of how the search function should look an operate. Can be anything from 30min to hours.
