how can I specify the position of the "Search powered by Zoom Search Engine" wording on the search results page - I would like to have a larger gap between the search results and this line

You can edit the CSS in search_template.html, however, since there is no default "class" for the tagline "Search powered by...", you can add "margin-bottom: 20px" property to ".result_pages" class instead.
