Plugins not being detected

Good Afternoon,

I recent installed Zoom Search v6 Pro Edition. After reading through all the documentation, I went ahead and tried to manually install the plugins I needed. I followed the instructions to the t, however there was no detection of these plugins.

I then deleted the plugins folder and tried the automated, install everything, application that was available. That did not work either.

Is there a step that is not being outlined in the installation guide for plugins?

If you go to the Help / About window does it correctly say that you are using the Pro edition?

What O/S are you using?

Did you restart Zoom after the full plug-in install?
