Can Zoom do a sitemap that Bing can use?

I'm not having luck getting Bing to read the formats that Zoom gives me?

They look like they accept both text format and XML format.
The XML format seems to match the Google format.

What format are you submitting & what is the error message that leads you to believe it isn't working?

Evidently, it was a fluke. The first time, it had a status of "Failure". Changed nothing, re-submitted it, and now I have a "Success" and 1019 url's submitted
