Issue indexing PDF v1.4 files

Using Zoom v6 Build:1028 I used to be able to index & make seachable PDF files using Acrobat 5.0. (PDF 1.3)

I changed my PDF software to Nitro Professional v6 (PDF 1.4) for creating PDF mainly from word & visio.

For some reason Zoom no longer makes the PDF's seachable, just appearing as a warning in the logs.

Wondering if anybody out there can help me (suggestions)?

We briefly looked at this a few years ago and decided Nitro wasn't using the same format as the original Adobe product. (i.e. not fully compatible). See,
