Using my own search form

I seem to remember in my version five I was able to set it to use my own search form. Would someone be so kind as to point me to any info on doing this, as it's been a while since I've used Zoom search and as I have now upgraded it to the latest professionally version I can't for the life of me remember how I did it or find any option for it on the software.

You can turn off the automatic search form from the "Search page" configuration window.

Select "Do not generate" from the drop down options.
