Problem with search template

My Search template does not have anything on it/
My hosting account is on a windows server and has PHP 5.2, IIS 7.0, and ASP.Net 2.0/3.0/3.5

I'm trying to use the php Platform but I get nothing. I've uploaded all the files but nothing
