search_template.html not overwritten

If I make changes to the css in search_template_src.html,
search_template.html must be deleted from the output directory.
It is not overwritten on the next indexing

This is the way it should work.

If the file doesn't exist it is created.
If it does exist then it is not overwritten.

We suggest making any changes required in the search_template.html file.
