I get a blank screen when enclosing two or more search terms in double quotes

I have the option enabled in the Zoom configuration to allow exact phrase searching when words are in double quotes, however when I search for most phrases that are 2 or more words I get a blank div where the form and results are supposed to display. For some odd reason, the same doesn't happen when i surround a single word with double quotes.
Does anyone know what needs to be done to fix this issue?

Can you post the URL for the search function so that we can see it.

My guess (without seeing the page) is that you have the server side configuration problem described here,

We don't use Apache so that wouldn't apply to us. We are using IIS 7 on a Windows Server 2008 VPS.

Also, the search engine is presently on a private site and it requires username and password. If you could kindly leave me an email address, I can email you some log in info so that you can see it(I couldn't find a way on here to PM you).

What version of Zoom are you using?
What script option are you using?
        Did you modify our script?

          Also,

Version 6.0.1026 had a bug with the exact phrase searching in CGI and ASP.NET Server Control.

Update to 6.0.1027 and it should fix the problem.
