Problem search document titles after upgrade

we have been using Zoom Search (Enterprise) vs 6.0 for over 2 years and just this week upgraded to build 1026.

After running the first search index from the new build, we are no longer able to search for our tech pubs by the tech pub number or partial number.

For example if the document number is TPD-4033-A, we were able to search for TPD-4033-A or TPD-4033 or 4033 but since the update we are not able to find any documents.

Our site is behind a firewall with access to people that are logged into our VPN. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like your configuration settings might have changed.

If you do a wildcard search for *4033* does it find anything?

In the indexing options configuration window do you have hyphens as a join character?

Did you check the log to see if these documents were even indexed?
