Indexing New webpages

I am constantly updating our website.

Is there a way I can index only the new things I publish, instead of indexing everything again?

Please see section "2.10 Incremental indexing" in the User Guide. Section 2.10.3 "Add list of new or updated pages" is probably what you are looking for. Also, check the incremental updating requirements to make sure you can use this feature.

I tried doing this, it said it indexed, but it wouldn't pull up items in the search. i waited 15 minutes, then did a full index, and it worked.
guess i didn't do something right. will try again.
