Before I spend too much time, can this be integrated?

Having spent far too long trying different search scripts, I'm hoping that I've finally found a solution with Zoom I can work into numerous website I manage.

I've got the script to work perfectly on my server in it's standard format but I need to have the search box on every page at the top with the results appearing on a different part of the page.

You can see what I mean with this site http://www.makeuptrends.co.uk/ I'm currently building. The search box is in the top right of the page and the results will need to appear on the body of the page.

Is this something that's easy enough to configure?
