1073740777 exit code

Hi,

I just installed the v6 search engine and the full plugin set yesterday. I am getting the following error on XLS files:
"[XLS plugin error] Failed to convert XLS file due to format or read error. Exit code: -1073740777"

I am also seeing the same message on a few PPT files as well

Does anyone know what this means? The file/folder security is identical to files that process OK, so I know it is not that.

Hello,

Your XLS files may contain password protected worksheets or workbooks. Open the file in Excel and click on Tools -> Protection to check if this is the case.

If it continues to fail to index, then e-mail us a copy of the XLS/PPT file which doesn't index and we can take a closer look.
