Intranet Search

In Indexing theweb site located on host computer I set up start directory and output directory as C:\MyMovies\etc.
The rub is when accessing the search function from a remote PC the result comes with C:\. Thereby looking to the master drive on the originating machine for the file rather than the host computer. Is there a way around this or is a copy of the Intranet needed on all computers making a request?

I assume you are indexing in offline mode.

In this case change the base URL to be a relative path. What exactly is required depends on your setup. But just using \ as the base URL might do it.
