Offline AND spider?

Hi,

Is it possible to index both an offline and a spider site together into one set of indexes?

For my main site I need to use offline, but I'd like to spider a "help" site provided by the university.

No, you have the select either one mode or the other.

But there are often workarounds.

Like installing a local copy of the Apache web server and the indexing your local files with a URL. e.g.
http://localhost/MyLocalFiles/
