How do I search within results?

Once a search has been conducted, I would like the option to search within these results. How do I do this?

If you searched for example,
dog
and got 100 results, then by adding a new search term,.e.g.
dog collar
you will be searching within the initial set to get fewer results.

This assumes you have the default, match all search words option on.
