Doing different sites separately?

I maintain a couple of sites that are completely unrelated to each other, and would like to put a search function on each one, but keeping their indexes separate. (so each only shows its own pages in results)

Can I make Zoom remember the settings for each site or do I need to start all over again telling Zoom what to do each time I run it?

You can save and load configuration files from the File menu.

A configuration file holds all the details about the indexing settings for a site.
