Change Configuration File Location

I need to store my configuration file in a different location and then tell a command line where to find the file. Is this possible. Right now it wants to look in All Users of the webserver.

Yes, this is possible. Use the following Syntax:

ZoomIndexer [auto-run options] <config-file> [incremental options]

Subsitute <config-file> for the path of the config file.
