Using Zoom Search on Opencart site

Hi we have switched our site from an old static site to a dynamic site run by opencart.
Zoom worked great on the old site and the search function in open cart is pathetic by comparison.
I'd like to integrate zoom into the open cart system so that we can have a good search tool back.
Open cart is PHP based and uses a controller/language/model/view directory system. I looked at a post on integrating it in wordpress but I am guessing thes C/L/M/V system makes things a bit different to wordpress.

Does anyone have any idea how to integrate it into opencart?

We haven't looked at Opencart.

I would suggest you just go ahead and try it. It might just work without any fancy configuration.
