Increase Meta Descriptions in Search Results

I bought the professional version of the search indexer and everything is running great. I just have one small issue with the search results and meta descriptions.

Is there a way to extend the length meta descriptions for each search result?

I've tried using context descriptions, but I do not want page contents indexed.

As of right now, the meta description displays about 25 characters and then puts a ... at the end.

The default max length for meta descriptions is 250 characters. But you can change this from the "Limits" configuration window.
