Search Page Code for CD catalogue

Can somebody respond with a very simple code I could use for Search Page.
All searches on web have resulted in code with add links or locked to certain
engines. I am creating a CD catalogue that wont be launched online.

We offer several different technical options for adding a search function to a CD. So you should have a look at this linked page first.

There is no requirement to have internet access for the CD search function. It is self contained on the CD.
