Missing search box on Search This Site page

I just uploaded the files to my site using CGI. When i look at my page www.consulting/zoom/search_template.php the search box does not appear.

Any help would be appreciated.

We don't supply any file called search_template.php. So we can't really comment on what is does or doesn't do.

Ignoring your PHP file, did you get the CGI working by itself? If not see this FAQ page for solutions to all the common CGI problems.
