    How does caching work?

Let's say I have a site that I index in week 1 and I want to download content that has changed in week 2, but do not want to reindex the entire site again. Does Zoom handle that, If so please explain.

    Thanks so much

There is caching, the cache is shared with Internet Explorer. But in this case it isn't caching that you want.

You want incremental indexing. See the User's Guide for details about how to use of incremental indexing.

Is the incremental indexing available for ASP.NET?

The documentation states: Incremental indexing is only available for the PHP, ASP, and CGI platforms. It is not available for the Javascript version since it is incapable of indexing a large enough set of files where incremental indexing would be beneficial.

Yes it is. We need to update the document. It is only not possible with Javascript based indexes.
