Scheduled job and Manual job give different results

Using the same zcfg, when indexing via the UI the resulting zoom_pagetext.zdat file is 127MB. When indexing via a scheduled job, the same file is only 2MB. I have checked the indexlog.txt file and found no indication that it encountered an error - and I have repeated this several times, so it is not an isolated incident.

How can I resolve this? I'm using Build 1017, Enterprise Edition.

Sorry, I found the problem - I had the authentication password wrong.
