Could not copy search script from ... Access is Denied

I'm getting the following error in the event log:

Could not copy search script from: C:\ProgramData\Wrensoft\Zoom Search Engine Indexer\scripts\PHP or ASP\search.php [Access is denied.
]

Any idea what the problem is?

Does this happen all the time or just some of the time?
Are you running as admin on this machine?
Do you have write permissions in the output folder you selected in Zoom?
Is it possible that the search.php script is in use. e.g. you have it open in a editor, or the script is being executed directly from the output folder?

I thought I had permissions to the output folder. I changed it to another folder and it seems to have done the trick. Thanks for the help!
