Just a note from a recent E-mail support issue that might help others in the future.
If you get this message in the Zoom log, and indexing quickly and prematurely finishes
[WARNING] Could not download file: No active connection to the Internet found. Check your connection and network settings
Then you might want to check your proxy settings. Zoom automatically picks up proxy settings from Internet Explorer. And if they are not set correctly it can appear like there is no available network connection.
If you are not using a proxy, then you should check the more obvious reasons, e.g. firewall issues and your network cable not being connected.
