Indexing Error (Failed to delete temporary plugin output file)

I am getting indexing errors like:

Processing DOC file C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Library\Unification\Books\Steph ens-100\F03.doc
Indexing C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Library\Unification\Books\Steph ens-100\F03.doc
Failed to delete temporary plugin output file (System error: The process cannot access is being used by another process.

I have Zoom Search Engine V5.1 Build: 1016 Enterprise

What can I do to fix this error?

It might be this known problem where external programs, like Anti-viruss software, block access to the file.

Also this is the V6 forum, you shuld have posted this in the V5 forum.
