Can I access Zoom-generated word index?

We can see other uses for the actual list of words that Zoom generates from the indexed pages of our own business websites & those we develop for our clients.
Can we easily access the list & if so, how & where?

The words are stored in the zoom_dictionary.zdat file. But it an internal file, and so isn't in a format that allows easy manipulation by external applications. We also don't supply specifications for this file.
