pdf file size maximum?

i am getting an error when indexing some pdf files:

"Could not download the file: XXXX (file size limit exceeded)"

i have the professional edition. what are the exact limits?

ok - i think i answered my own question.

under 'configure' - 'limits' on the left of the main screen you can set a 'maximum file size'. the default setting looked like it was at the same size as the warnings thrown out during the index process.

Yes, this is correct. You need to set the limits on the limits tab. The higher the limit, the more RAM that is used during indexing.
