  • Plugin Gone From Scan Option

    I recently updated our Zoom Pro Edition. We have been using version 1010 I believe, I know we were behind on updates. Now with the version 1013, it seems like the plugin options are now going. I used to be able to select which file types such as swf, pdf, doc but now those options are gone. The plugins are still within the plugin directory as normal.

    Any suggestions on what is going on?

    Maybe the new software install was placed in a sperate directory. e.g. you now have both V4.2 build 1010 and V4.2 build 1013 installed.

    Can you use Windows to check your Program Files directory.

    You might need to copy the plug-in files from the old plug-in folder to the new one if you do have multiple installs.

      I checked and I only have one version installed.

        There are 3 things that can stop the plugins working

        1) You have placed the plug-ins files in the wrong directory

        2) You have not entered your license key and the software is running as the free version (check in the About window)

        3) You haven't entered in the .PDF, .DOC, etc.. file name extensions in the list of files type in the Zoom configuration window.
