Legal issues, look&feel rights owned by others

As for maximum convenience for my visitors, I want to style my results pages with a look-and-feel similar to google. Of course, I will not use the word "google" or images of google, nor will I pretend to be google, but I want to use the same fonts, colours, highlighting (bold font), for the search results.
Now I am wondering if there is any known issue... does google have any rights on these things, etc.

I would think it would be impossible to copyright a particaular text formatting. The Arial font with black text with blue page links is nothing special nor unique. MSN looks just the same for example.
