Feature suggestion - index newer files only

One feature that I could see being useful, would be one that will only index newer files.

That way, I can index my whole site the first time. Then after that only the newer files will get indexed. I have about 3 Gigs of files (lots of PDFs) that need indexing, and it sure would help to only have to index the new ones.
