Hi, I can't download the user manual, I can't save it, nothing, stalls everytime, I have tried 10 times to no avail. And, I can't email from the site to the company, I get a blank IE page and my phone calls won't go through. Can someone send me the page with "skipping parts of a page" page 46 of the updated user's manual. Is anyone else having this problem with the manual? I downloaded it fine last Feb. Thanks.

You can't phone us becuase it is Saturday in Sydney Australia, (where we are based). You are free to call in business hours.
(I answer a few forum and E-mails questions out of normal hours)
If you can't send an E-mail. This is is a problem on your side and you'll need to work that out.
I just checked the web site and I agree there is some problem. It seems to be a network issue. i.e. Not your machine and not our server, but some of the network in between. However on the 2nd attempt I was able to get the PDF.

Update: Our hosting company is reporting a failed switch from a couple of hours ago. This might be the issue. Normally they are very good and if this is the cuase of the problem I expect that they'll have it sorted out in a few hours.
