I recently purchased and installed, and registered Zoom 4.2 Professional. I downloaded the PDF plug in and installed it (I think). I unzipped it in the application's folder and ran the pdftotext.exe file. Did see anything happen other than a quick command prompt screen but no errors either. I then opened the application and tried to add ".pdf" to the extension list and it would not accept it.

You don't need to run the pdftotext.exe file. You just need to place it in the correct directory.
