    Search Phrase Report

Does the "Top 10 searches" show the actual search strings or does it just
    report on single words?

    [edit]

I have installed the demo, so my question is now a little different.

Can I run a "Top 'n' Search Phrases" or is this limited to top 10 only?

It will report on phrase searches. It will even report on exact phrase vs non exact phrase.

You can get more than the top ten. There is an option at the bottom of the search statistics windows. "List the top XXX seached words".

"List the top XXX seached words"

Does that list the top XXX seached words or does it list the list the top XXX seached phrases?

      The screenshots all show words.

It reports on phrases if that what people are using in searches.

How does the user specify a phrase? Using quotes, I am getting results for each word in the quote.

There are four possible reasons for exact phrase searches might not working,

              1) You are the Javascript option and Javascript doesn't support exact phrase.

              2) You haven't turned on the feature in the Zoom configuration window. (on the search page tab).

              3) You aren't enclosing your search terms inside quotes, " "

              4) You are using an old version of Zoom, before V3.0
