I have found this software to help with my site

Obviously I want to search the site. I am using Dreamweaver MX and want to place the search box on the index page. If I create one using Dreamweaver how do I link that to the Zoom software?
I am a novice at websites but the site has become very popular and I am being asked almost daily to add a search facility.
Any help, greatly appreciated, but simply please.
