indexing meta information from pdf titles

Typically pdfs created by my organization have not had metadata attached. Consequently the pdf url is showing up in the search results as the title. I added a title to the summary information of one pdf (File/Document Properties/Summary/Title), re-indexed and uploaded, but still see only the url. How can I ensure that it displays the title info?

On the 'scan options' tab in the Zoom configuration window you need to check the box, 'Use meta information from plug-in when available'.
