dates for files uploaded

I just re configured my site, and uploaded the files. I checked the dates for each of the files afterwards and the times are totally different.

Something is not right apparently. The files are automatically uploaded after each indexing and so the dates should all be the same. They aren't.

If the files are successfully uploaded (as your post implies they are), then they have to have replaced the existing files in the same directory. The dates on the file should be the same. The times might vary by a few seconds depending on how long the upload took to complete.

So I am guessing you are running your search from directory X on your server but uploading new files to location Y.

i.e. You might be uploading the files to the wrong location on your server.
