Information about re-index site

Hello everyone!
I indexed my site for the first time with Zoom last month. Before I re-index it, do I have to remove any of the files uploaded by Zoom on the first indexing or will Zoom take them into account?

Or do I just index it just as I did the first time and it will work fine?

You are posting in V3, V4, & V5 user forum for Zoom Search. Are you actually using the older version of Zoom?

Irregardless, (in most circumstances) you should not need to the files before hand. When using Zoom to upload the search files, it should automatically replace the existing/older set of search files in the directory.
