Zoom Search 5.1 sometimes does not show results (with IIS)

In our company we have contracted the Zoom Search 5.1 (1017) PROFESSIONAL working with IIS and with certain searches, does not show the corresponding results. How could we fix it?

Is there any error message? Maybe there really are no documents that contain the search word in question? Did you check the ISS error log file for hints as to the problem?

V5 is a release from 5 years ago, so we are really supporting it anymore. Can you see if you have the same problem in either V6 or V7?
