    Plug In's

In the scan option tab of configuration, I have add the following extensions .pdf, .doc, .ppt and .swf all on a line by themself. When I save the config these are always dropped. How can I fix this issue?

    Thank You,
    Bernie

You can only scan these types of files with the Standard and Professional versions of the software. Not the free version.
    See, http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/editions.html

Have you entered in the license key (otherwise the software will be still be running in free mode)

What version of Zoom are you using?

Do you see any messages about unsupported file types?

Have you installed the plug-ins? See,
        http://www.wrensoft.com/zoom/plugins.html

Did you put all the extensions on one line, e.g.
        .pdf .doc .ppt .swf

or each on it's own line.
        .pdf
        .doc
        .ppt
        .swf

Each one needs to be on a it's own line.
