I've searched the forum and FAQ and didn't see anything on this issue. If you have Zoom 4.2, can you use it under Windows 7, or does it need to be upgraded? Thanks.

You can try. but we don't support it.
V4.2 was released in Aug 2005.
This was well before Windows 7 was released. So no testing was ever done with V4 on Windows 7.
I would suggest upgrading to V5, V6 or V7.
In V6 we support Win7.
In V7 we support Win8.
