Boost Search Phrase & Simultaneously Exclude PDF

I am trying to figure out a way to boost the search phrase "pay date" but simultaneously exclude PDFs from this particular search. I still want PDFs to come up in other search phrase results, just not at all or further down the results page for a "pay date" search. Is that level of control possible?

I assume you want a particular HTML file to be the #1 result for this search?

In this case just add some keywords to the HTML file like this,

<meta name="ZOOMWORDS" content="pay date pay date pay date">

Also note that you have posted in the old V4 forum. Which is pretty old. There might be additional options you can use in V5, V6 or V7.
