can't get any results with v5

Been using zoom 5 for years it seems, never had a problem til now.

Followed my usual process for putting a search box up, and I never get a result with any word or term. I just get the results form with nothing else.

I've tried doing everything, any ideas on what is wrong?

nevermind. I copied and pasted code from another working site, and now it's fine.
