Search Engine who gives the PR to the websites?
Search Engine what calculates in company website?
And the techniques of Search engine which that search engine measures and gives PR.

I don't understand the question.

I assume the PR you are referring to is Google's page rank?
There isn't any software that you can install on your web site that will influence your Google PR. But if you make your site easier to use (by adding Zoom) and add better content, then people will link to your site and improve the PR.
