I have tried doing some jump to key words with in html pages but it doesn't seem to work. Are there any pointers? I followed the instructions as they say. I just get an error saying its unable to open the page and operation aborted. If I fire up the page with out the zoom_highlight part it opens fine. Any suggestions? The only other thing is the page was created from word. would all the crap it puts in the document screw them up?

There is a definite possibility that the HTML on the page is causing the problem.
Word is known to create appallingly bad HTML. Word includes Microsoft-specific tags, and Office-specific formatting instructions in the HTML that allow you to open the Web page as a Word document. The result is usually a totally screwed up HTML page.
Can you cut the text from the Word document and make a new test page using a real HTML editor (Dreamweaver, Frontpage or even Notepad). And see if that fixes the problem.
