Search Results Returning All Pages

I recently installed Zoom on my Web site for the search feature. I am having a problem where Zoom is indexing the navigation bar and therefore returning every web page as a result when the searched term is not present in the text, but is on the navigation bar.

In order to fix this, I visited the FAQ section and found the code to omit the navigation bar. I inserted the code in the template and updated all pages, but it still seems to pull all of them. I've even tried the code in different places, but have not had any luck.

I appreciate any assistance anyone may be able to provide.

I assume you used the and tags to skip the text you didn't want?

After you made the changes to your pages did you re-index them with Zoom, then re-upload all the search files? Did you also make sure the files were not being cached, you can turn off caching in Zoom (from the general configuration tab).

Can you post the URL to your site so that we can have a look at the search results and the HTML code.
