Trying to get the demo to index a term "sigma-delta", so that if someone searches for either term (either sigma or delta), it shows the pages with sigma-delta on them. I have the hyphens selected under the indexing options tags, but it won't work for me. Can't purchase the software until I can prove to my boss it works, please LMK...

You should unselect the Hypens option if you want to treat sigma-delta as two seperate words.
But you could also search for sigma*
Or you could include the words sigma & delta as seperate words in the page meta data if you want the page to be found.
