Two easy(?) quistions. Where to change the text "Recommended Links"? I have search for an answer but can't find any.

If I want to ad more Recommended Links. Must I then do a new indexing?

The text can be changed in the language file (see the languages tab of the Zoom configuration window).

Yes you need to re-index after adding new links.
