Index not running - program closes

  • Index not running - program closes

    Just found out that our index isn't running as scheduled and apprently it hasn't for months. When I try manually running it the program closes immediately and does not run the index. See the log file below.

    This is all that the log says...any ideas?

    It would have been nice if you had told us what exact version of the software you are using and what O/S.

    You might be seeing the DEP issue. So if you are not using the latest release, please upgrade. The upgrade from V5.0 to V5.1 is free.
